Maz Photography will create the selected package deliverables and the written scope in this form. Only listed locations, must-have content, and approved add-ons are included. Creative choices such as shot selection, pacing, color, music, and edit structure remain subject to professional judgment.

Requests within an approved location, remaining shoot time, and selected deliverables may be accommodated without added cost. New locations, deliverables, versions, concepts, reshoots, raw footage, advanced retouching, or extra revision rounds cost extra. Billable extra work requires written price approval by email or text before it begins. Extra shoot or edit time is $100/hour with a one-hour minimum.

One revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes from the named final approver. Feedback is due within seven calendar days of each review copy. New direction, new footage, reshoots, added versions, or late feedback are extra work.

The shoot clock begins at the agreed arrival time. Waiting caused by unavailable access, people, products, or client preparation counts toward shoot time. Travel between approved locations counts toward shoot time; travel to the first location does not.

The client provides timely access, one final approver, prepared people and products, and all property, talent, minor, logo, music, and supplied-material permissions. Any location within New York City’s five boroughs must be requested at least 35 calendar days before the shoot so permit and authorization applications can be prepared; acceptance remains subject to approval. Maz Photography decides whether weather, airspace, visibility, access, traffic, obstacles, site, or equipment conditions make a shot unsafe or unlawful. A safety, weather, or airspace postponement receives one no-fee reschedule.

The client agrees to pay 50% of the confirmed project fee upfront. The shoot date is reserved only after the upfront payment and both signatures are received. After Maz Photography completes the selected package requirements and provides all completed deliverables, the remaining 50% is due on delivery of the final product. Not opening or downloading files does not extend that due date. Usage rights begin after full payment.

Delivery earlier than the package's standard turnaround (Fly-Through 7 days, Social Pack 10 days, Full Promo 14 days from the final shoot date) adds a $150 expedite fee.

The booking payment is non-refundable because the date is reserved. With at least 48 hours’ notice, the client may move the shoot once to an available date within 90 days. Less notice is treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved non-recoverable costs remain payable.

Maz Photography owns the footage, photographs, project files, and edits. After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use finished deliverables for its website, organic social media, email, in-store display, and paid advertising for its own business. Raw footage, editable files, transfer, and resale are not included unless purchased in writing. Licensed stock assets remain subject to their licenses.

Maz Photography does not guarantee views, leads, sales, platform approval, or return on investment. Files should be downloaded promptly; project files need not be stored more than 30 days after final delivery. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid, except where prohibited. If Maz Photography cannot perform and no replacement date is agreed, amounts paid for unperformed work will be refunded.

New York law governs. Disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Orange County, New York. Electronic and scanned signatures are valid. The agreement becomes effective when Maz Photography countersigns and confirms availability and any quoted price.
